WHAT HAPPENS AT A MEDIATION?

Any new situation, especially when a conflict is involved, can feel daunting. 

The Grant sisters are trained to listen, ask questions and insure that both parties feel heard and are at ease. 

It is the mediator's job to:

1) Identify the needs of each party

2) Understand how each party has been affected by the dispute and their desire 

to resolve the issues

3) Protect the safety, security and importance of the process
